शर्तें

1. ड्रॉ 12 महीने का होगा और किस्त सिर्फ 2000/- रु प्रतिमाह होगी।
2. अगर किसी मेंबर का कार्ड गुम हो जाता है तो इस स्थिति में नया कार्ड बनाने के 200 रुपये फीस लगेगी।
3. हर मेंबर को ड्रॉ निकलने से पहले पैसा जमा करवाने होंगे।
4. जो मेंबर ड्रॉ निकलने तक पैसे न जमा करवा सका (कारण चाहे जो भी हो) उसका ड्रॉ में नम्बर नहीं डाला जाएगा।
5. ड्रॉ निर्धारित समय पर हर महीने के दूसरे रविवार को 02:00 बजे से 03:00 बजे तक निकाला जाएगा। जो मेंबर हाजिर नहीं होंगे उनको भी वही परिणाम मानना होगा या टेलीफोन, वेबसाइट व व्हाट्स-एप द्वारा ड्रॉ का पता लगा सकते है।
6. जो मेंबर ड्रॉ के बीच में ही पैसे देने बंद कर देगा उसका ड्रॉ में नाम नहीं डाला जायेगा।
7. जो मेंबर ड्रॉ के बीच में ही छोड़ कर जायेगा उसकी बकाया राशि आखिर में दी जायेगी।
8. यह योजना सेल प्रमोशन के लिए है इसे लाटरी ना समझा जाये।
9. आखिर में जो मेंबर बच जायेंगे उन सभी मेंबरों का 26000/- की राशि दी जायेगी।
10. आखिरी कमेटी वाली राशि ड्रॉ के निकलने के अगले महीने की 30 तारीख को दी जायेगी।
11. ड्रॉ में निकले किसी भी सामान की गारंटी व वारंटी उस सामान की कंपनी की होगी।
12. जिस मेंबर का ईनाम निकल जायेगा उस की किस्त बंद हो जायेगी।
13. मैं इस योजना में बिना किसी दबाव से अपनी मर्जी से शामिल हुआ हूँ। मैंने शर्तों को पढ़ व सुन के समझ लिया है। मैं इस स्कीम का मेंबर बनने के लिए तैयार हूँ, कृपया करके मुझे इस स्कीम का मेंबर बनाया जाये।

Welcome to TricityBazaar Lucky Draw Scheme. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating.

1. Monthly Contribution

Each member must pay a monthly contribution of ₹2,000 on time to remain eligible for the lucky draw.

2. Scheme Duration

This scheme is intended for promotional and savings purposes and will continue until all scheduled draws are completed.

3. Non-Refundable Amount

If a member chooses to leave the scheme before completion, the amount already deposited will not be refunded.

4. Eligibility for Draw

Only members who have deposited their monthly contribution before the due date will be included in the lucky draw.

5. Draw Schedule

The lucky draw will be conducted on the second Sunday of every month between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Members who are unable to attend may check the results through telephone, website updates, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.

6. Missed Payments

Members who stop making payments during the scheme period will not be eligible for the draw until their dues are cleared.

7. Advance Payment Requirement

Members must ensure that their monthly contribution is paid at least 7 days before the draw date.

8. Lost Membership Card

If a membership card is lost, a replacement card can be issued upon payment of a ₹200 processing fee.

9. Final Benefit

Members who do not win any prize during the scheme period will receive a benefit amount of ₹2,6000 at the completion of the scheme.

10. Final Settlement

The final benefit amount will be paid on the 30th day of the month following the last draw.

11. Prize Warranty

Any warranty, guarantee, or service related to prizes will be provided solely by the respective manufacturer or brand. TricityBazaar is not responsible for product warranties.

12. Scheme Closure

Once all members have received their prize or final benefit, the scheme will be considered closed.

13. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I am joining this scheme voluntarily, without any pressure or coercion. I have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to become a member of this scheme.

14. Right to Modify

TricityBazaar reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from participation in the scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where TricityBazaar operates.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in this scheme, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
